I am trying for no more than 1500 calories per day so this was a good day
Friday
1 egg (always eggbeaters unless specified 35
1/4 cup sausage crumbles (no meat) 35
2 slices toast 70
1/2 lb. peel and eat shrimp 170
shrimp sauce 50
1 Nonni ( biscotti) 160
6 oz turkey breast 150
1 baked potato 130
1/2 cup cottage cheese 90
popcorn 50
1 bowl cheerios 110

another pretty good day.
When I started this eating program on March 8 2006 I weighed in at 291 lbs
Last Wed. July 26, 2006 I was at 269.5. Now that is only 21.5 lbs. in 4.5 months but if I can keep it up for 12 mo. that should be 56 lbs. We'll see. More later. Lunch is ready !
